We are thrilled to recognize Madison as our Caregiver of the Month! Since joining inHom Senior Care in 2021, Madison has exemplified everything we strive for in our mission: to deliver personalized, relationship-based care in the comfort, safety, and dignity of home.
Madison brings an incredible range of skill and versatility to her work. Whether she’s providing companionship care or assisting clients who require full transfer support with Hoyer lifts, one thing remains constant: the respect, compassion, and warmth she shows to every single client. Always wearing a smile, Madison meets each individual where they are—with grace, professionalism, and heart.
Going the Extra Mile (and Then Some!)
Just this past week, Madison rearranged her personal schedule, even moving an appointment, to ensure that one of her long-term clients had the consistent care he needed. But this level of dedication is nothing new for her.
Here are just a few of the many ways Madison has gone above and beyond:
Arranged transportation for a client when no other options were available
Assembled a commode/shower chair for a client’s home—and even recorded a training video to guide other caregivers
Trained new caregivers on the safe and proper use of transfer equipment
Created custom calendars and blood pressure charts for clients’ homes to support continuity and coordination of care
Stepped in for last-minute shifts and provided seamless, reliable support—every time
