Caregiver of the Month – January 2025

Congratulations, Kristin!

We're thrilled to recognize Kristin, one of inHom Senior Care’s most devoted and compassionate caregivers, as our Caregiver of the Month for January 2025!

Kristin began her caregiving journey with us in May 2019, and for nearly six years, she has brought comfort, reliability, and heart to every home she enters. Her commitment and passion for care have not only made a difference in the lives of many clients but have also made her an irreplaceable part of the inHom family.

One especially meaningful example of Kristin’s impact is her relationship with her clients Marilyn & Al. Kristin was the very first caregiver introduced to them when they began services years ago. During a visit, Al once shared that they had “adopted Kristin,” and joked that if we could clone her, they’d gladly accept more services. Those words speak volumes.

Earlier this year, when Al was hospitalized and the family faced the painful journey of end-of-life care and helping Marilyn transition to a new chapter, Kristin was their calm, familiar presence—a steady source of comfort in uncertain times. Her care extended beyond tasks; she became part of the family’s story.

Last week, our team surprised Kristin during her shift with her client Marie to thank her for her incredible service. Over the years, she has worked with many clients, often supporting them from the very start of their care journey until its natural close. She is the kind of caregiver who just “gets it”—she sees what needs to be done, anticipates needs, and steps in without hesitation. Whether it’s a scheduled shift or a last-minute opening, Kristin is there ready to serve.

Kristin, your heart for people and unwavering dedication truly embody what inHom stands for. You make a difference every day, and we’re honored to celebrate you this month.
